Who we are

This website, turnkeywichita.com, is operated by TurnKey — Realtors and Auctioneers, a real estate team at Keller Williams Hometown Partners in Wichita, Kansas. This policy describes what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

Clients who work with us also interact with our transaction system, Transaction Rocket. Its own policy lives at app.transactionrocket.com/privacy. The two policies are written to match; each covers its own property.

What we collect

We collect information three ways on this site:

1. Information you give us directly. When you request a home valuation or cash offer, register interest in an auction, download a guide, save a search, create an account, or contact us, we collect what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, the property address in question, and anything you write in a message field.
2. Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, rough location by city, and the device and browser used. This uses cookies; see the cookies section below. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to block spam, which analyzes browser signals without tracking you across other sites.
3. Listing data. Property listings on this site include data from South Central Kansas MLS, displayed under license. That's information about properties, not about you.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about
• To send you the specific things you request: a valuation, a guide, saved-search or open house alerts
• To send occasional market updates and property emails if you've signed up for them (every email has an unsubscribe link)
• To measure which pages and marketing actually help people, so we can improve the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who we share it with

• Agents on our team, so the right person follows up with you.
• Service providers that run this site on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection), Google (analytics), and Mailjet (email delivery). They process data for us under confidentiality obligations, not for their own marketing.
• Transaction parties, only if you become a client: lenders, title companies, and other professionals involved in your transaction, as described in the Transaction Rocket policy.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or harm.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for Google Analytics, which helps us see how the site is used so we can make it better. Analytics data is aggregated; we're looking at patterns, not following you around. If you'd rather not be counted, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

If you create an account, a cookie also keeps you signed in. That one's essential; it only does its one job.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and lead information is kept while we're actively helping you and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you become a client, transaction records are retained up to 7 years to comply with real estate recordkeeping and tax requirements. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.

How we protect it

The site and its data run on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to lead and client information is limited to the agents and staff on our team who need it to do their jobs.

Your choices and rights

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Unsubscribe from marketing email with one click, or reply STOP to any text

Children

This site is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
