About 15 to 20 minutes from Rock Road to Greenwich and 20 to 25 minutes from 127th Street East and beyond, outside rush hour. K-96 to I-135 is the usual route, and 21st Street works too.

Homes mostly built before 1980 between Oliver and Woodlawn, homes from the 1980s through the 2000s around the Willowbend and Tallgrass golf courses, and newer construction farther east.

Over the last 90 days, 87 homes closed in Northeast Wichita, taking a median of 72 days from listing to closing. There are about 4.2 months of supply on the market. That reads as a balanced market by the usual rule of thumb. These numbers update from the MLS, so they will move.

Three districts serve homes with a Wichita address here: Wichita USD 259, Circle USD 375 and Andover USD 385. Which one depends on the street. Confirm the assigned schools for a specific home with the district, since boundaries go street by street and change over time.

Some do. Homes with broad appeal or features that are hard to compare often do well at auction, because open bidding on a set date finds the real market price. Plenty of northeast homes are better on a traditional listing. We'll look at yours and run both numbers with you.
